Primary

I've got a posing extravaganza for you all today, this was my outfit for sixth form last Wednesday. Todays a lazy day for me: TV and Jane Eyre (english reading).

Pretty exited for this half term week; sung and played the bass for the Imperial College Orchestra last night which was actually rather fun, I think I've warmed to the Fauré Requiem.
Its my 17th birthday on Friday and I'm going to see Miss Saigon !!!!! (on thursday)
Already trying to drink lots of water in preparation for severe dehydration.

Anyway I'm babbling, heres the ridiculous posing i promised you- a vision in primary:

Jumper: thrifted

Blanketed and Clueless

Charity shopping with Mary yesterday, found myself a blanket..... some measuring, a few snips with the fabric sheers, 2 metres of bias binding and a bit of swearing at my sewing machine later and i have myself a unique and bang on trend blanket coat.

On top of this I bought a pair of black boot leg jeans which when chopped to an ankle graze and then skilfully frayed with some help from youtube, look rather trendy, if I do say so myself.

The hat was another £1,99 bargain inspired by my watching Clueless on friday. A sweep of blue eyeliner on bare face and my new leather backpack makes for a lovely look.....

Leather Backpack- Urban Code +ASOS

True Blue

Its getting colder, yay!!! For those of you who know me, you'll perhaps find this an odd expression for me of all people to be exclaiming. However I have good reason, its approaching that wonderful time of year I like to call "cape season". This is the time before coat season when I get to, as the name suggests, wear my beautiful cape. Oxfam, £15.99? Don't mind if I do! Anyway I've recently been shopping with my almost GBF and an actual GBF (gay best friend) and bought myself most of the following components of this outfit.

I've also been a little obsessive over powder blue lately- its all over the place and looks magnificent with my new hair- if I do say so myself- Vogue advocates it, so thats good enough for me.

Sorry for not posting for a while, sixth form's a bitch- should really be doing homework as I write this- oh well.

Enjoy,

So... Sixth form has not been so kind of my waistline- unfortunately it is enriching my body as well as my mind. But deal with it.

Powder blue wool cape- Thrifted
Midi blue skirt- Topshop
Black rib crop- Topshop
Boots- Vagabond
Tights- Primark (you wouldn't know would you ?)
Hair- Creds to mi amiga Remy with special thanks to L'Oreal

Thanks for reading

The revolution

I like to consider myself the leader.... In the context of my friendship group some have described me as "dictatorial" or whatever. Anyway lately a spark of rebellion has been lit... There are rumours circulating that rebels groups are discontented with my rule. They say I'm too demanding, too "power hungry" but I hate to say that the flame is spreading and that the seed of republicanism is growing.

I fear my power is no longer absolute, the rebel leader - Jonefski Borbamendi- has been rallying support and spouting all sorts of rubbish about democracy and free will and civil liberties and blah blah blah. Well I can tell you now I'm having none of it... He thinks he can rule !! Pah!! He has no idea of the responsibilities that weigh heavily upon my encumbered shoulders.

Totalitarianism is the only way that my people understand- democracy would destroy everything we have worked so hard together to build, they need discipline ! They need unwavering leadership!

Thankfully I still retain the support of a few loyal royalists, they counsel me in this hour of need but I fear there is a bloodbath to come. Brothers killing brothers and all ... But if needs be I will I
Use the necessary military force in order to cement my position. Let those who stand in my way be warned... I'm talking to you Jonefski Borbamendi.
