Another fine example of teen romance and promiscuity.
New Years was, granted, a while back, however the very level of teenage awkwardness achieved in one encounter is endlessly impressive.
Again this is completely 'made up' and any attempt to draw parallels with reality are furtive.
The bases for the events boiled down to two factors: horniness (if that's counts as a word) and a little …well, let's call it herbal remedie...
Both found themselves in this specific state and this the natural progression was obviously to find themselves a cupboard, what did or didn't happen is irrelevant... Even the fact that someone's else's name may or may not have been called out or that Linda remains to this day unsure whether her virginity remains intact and if so to what extent.
Regardless the real mark of the teenager is this blind search for adult intimacy. We crave experience of all things whether they be "herbal" or sexual.
In this blind pursuit not even an enquiring brother nor the fact that parents are resuding in the next room can quell that inherent need to savour the new to take one step closer to being all 'grown up'.
Apologies to readers, my first two posts have been relating to sexual encounters, this is not a trend so much as an engrained and, to my mind, fascinating and telling part of adolescence.
